Abstract:
Disclosed are a regulation and control system and method for the self-healing of a rotary compressor in an abnormal state. The regulation and control system comprises a gas path part and a regulation and control part. The gas path part comprises a gas main pipeline (11) and a filter (12), wherein the gas main pipeline (11) is connected to three branch pipelines (16, 17, 18); regulating valves (13, 14, 15) are respectively arranged on the three branch pipelines (16, 17, 18); and the three branch pipelines (16, 17, 18) are respectively connected to a compensation ring regulation and control gas cavity (34), a compensation ring spring cavity (35) and a balance disc back pressure cavity (31) of the compressor. The regulation and control part comprises first and second displacement sensors (21, 22), a data acquisition device and a conditioning output device. The two displacement sensors respectively acquire an axial displacement signal Sin1 from a compensation ring (32) and an axial displacement signal Sin2 from a non-compensation ring (33), and the two signals are input to the data acquisition device; and the conditioning output device changes opening degrees of the three regulating valves (13, 14, 15) according to the displacement signals. The regulation and control system can not only compensate axial displacement momentum of the compressor, but also can guarantee the sealing of normal working film thickness, so that the sealing is more reliable.
