Abstract:
The invention relates to means for treating virus infections. It relates in particular to the treatment of influenza A virus infections. Influenza A virus infections include those infections that are caused by virus strains that express the protein PB1-F2. The means for treating virus infections comprise at least one substance that regulates the activity of the protein PB1-F2 as an active component. The invention further relates to vaccines for prophylaxis and/or treatment of virus infections.
