Abstract:
Provided is a rehabilitation exercise apparatus for the spine and knees, comprising: a body member (110) having moving wheels (115) provided at the lower portions of a pair of vertical frames (111, 112) spaced a predetermined distance apart; a load support member (130) which is coupled to the pair of vertical frames (111, 112) such that the height thereof can be adjusted, and which is coupled to the vertical frames (111, 112) so that the upper body of a user can be supported; and a weight member (150) which transmits, to the load support member (130), weight corresponding to the load of the upper body of the user as the load support member (130) is rotated at a predetermined angle, and which is provided on one side of the lower portion of the body member (110), and thus rehabilitation exercise can be performed during walking in a state in which the underarms, arms or shoulders are supported on the load support member (130).
