Abstract:

The present invention relates to a reinforced fiber / resin fiber compound, a ratio of a long fiber to a thermoplastic resin fiber of which in an intermediate material and an array of which are finely controlled for impregnation characteristics of the long fiber and interface characteristics of the long fiber and a thermoplastic resin. According to a reinforced fiber / resin fiber compound (50) of the present invention which is the intermediate material of a long fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin structure, a long fiber (15) is a long fiber extending in a longitudinal direction. A resin fiber (25) has at least two types of thermoplastic resin fibers. The at least two types of thermoplastic resin fibers are disposed around the long fiber (15) so that the long fiber (15) is surrounded thereby.
