Abstract:
A reinforced profile, preparation method therefor and application thereof. The reinforced profile comprises a core layer and a skin layer arranged outside the core layer. The skin layer is made of a wood grain paper, and the core layer is made of a reinforced styryl composition material. The reinforced styryl composition material comprises the following components: 25 to 55 parts of styryl copolymer; 5 to 30 parts of PBT or PMMA; and 30 to 65 parts of a reinforcing agent. The preparation method therefor comprises: firstly preparing a reinforced styryl composition material; then extruding the reinforced styryl composition material to be used as a core layer by using a single screw extruder, followed by cooling and molding; and then pasting the grainy paper on a surface of the core layer, thus obtaining the reinforced profile. The reinforced profile according to the present invention has excellent heat preservation and heat insulation performances, low density and excellent appearance, and can be used as edge covering materials for wardrobes, office desks and cabinets.
