Abstract:
This invention provides a reinforced woven material using as weaving threads flat and substantially nontwisted multifilaments of reinforced fiber having less than 0.5 wt.% of sizing agent deposited thereon and the binding property of 400-800 mm in a hook drop value, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a reinforced woven material obtained by weaving the multifilament threads of reinforced fiber as warp and weft threads. A reinforced woven material of a small thickness capable of displaying high-strength characteristics, and having a high covering factor can be obtained at a low price.
