Abstract:
Provided is a fiber-reinforced resin complex having higher strength than the conventional fiber-reinforced resins. Also provided is a reinforced matrix resin for a fiber-reinforced resin, which is used for providing a fiber-reinforced resin complex having higher strength than fiber-reinforced resins. A reinforcing material is produced by adding a cellulose to an epoxy resin to impart mechanical shearing force to the epoxy resin, and then transforming the cellulose into nanofibers. The reinforcing material in which the cellulose nanofibers are contained in a fibrillated state in the epoxy resin is added to another matrix resin, and then reinforcing fibers are further added to the matrix resin.
