Abstract:
A relative novelty determining system, comprising an input module (10), a database module (20), an artificial intelligence module (30), and an output module (40). The input module (10) is used for inputting a technical solution to be applied; the database module (20) is used for obtaining patent information from all over the world; the artificial intelligence module (30) is used for analyzing the technical solution to be applied and extracting all the keywords of the technical solution to be applied, then searching the database module (20) according to the keywords to find relevant patents of the technical solution to be applied, and determining whether the technical solution to be applied is relatively novel with respect to the relevant patents according to a determining rule of the relative novelty; and the output module (40) is used for outputting an application suggestion report of the technical solution to be applied according to the determining result of the artificial intelligence module (30). The beneficial effect of the system is that: the relative novelty determining system can quickly and accurately determine whether the technical proposal has relative novelty.
