Abstract:
A relay control device mounted in a vehicle and controlling a relay circuit that connects a battery and an inverter circuit that drives a motor mounted in the vehicle. The relay control device comprises: a completion detection unit that detects that the vehicle has completed travel; and a determination unit that determines that the battery can be externally powered and, on the basis of that determination, controls the time from when the vehicle completes travel to when the relay circuit turns off.
