Abstract:
A relay device (300) is arranged between ATMs (100) and an accounting system processing device (200), and relays ATM information sent from the ATMs (100) to the accounting system processing device (200). Types of ATM information include accounting system information which shows details of cash transactions with an ATM (100), and error information which indicates that an error occurred in an ATM (100). If ATM information is accounting system information, the relay device (300) sends the ATM information to the accounting system processing device (200). Further, if the ATM information is error information, the relay device (300) sends the ATM information to a management terminal (400). The relay terminal (300) sends, for example, accounting system information to the management terminal (400) also, but does not send error information to the accounting system processing device (200).
