Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a relay device which makes it possible to track and record communication voice of a specific communication terminal. [Solution] When there is a call from a communication terminal, this relay device establishes a communication session involving a calling communication terminal and a called communication terminal as participating terminals. When a voice signal is transmitted from a participating terminal in the established communication session, the relay device transmits the voice signal together with session information to another participating terminal in the same communication session. The relay device associates a virtual device with a communication terminal, and establishes a virtual communication session using the communication terminal and the virtual device. In the virtual communication session, the relay device records a voice signal transmitted from the communication session to the virtual device by a communication monitor unit.
