Abstract:
A relay server 31 comprises: a detection unit 31A that detects a failure in a subscriber accommodation server 21; and a relay unit 31B that, when the failure in the subscriber accommodation server 21 is detected by the detection unit 31A, relays a call connection request 51, 52, 53 to separate networks in which the subscriber could be accommodated, in accordance with connection attempt network information indicating the network in which a call connection is attempted.
