Abstract:
Provided is a relay state determination device which is capable of determining, with good precision, whether a relay has deteriorated. The relay state determination device (10) comprises a voltage value acquisition unit (22), a contact point bounce time acquisition unit (28a), and a state determination unit (28b). The voltage value acquisition unit (22) acquires a voltage value between a pair of contact points (4b1, 4b2) which both open and close a relay (4). The contact point bounce time acquisition unit (28a) derives a contact point bounce time (Tb) indicated by the pair of contact points (4b1, 4b2) on the basis of a time change of the voltage value after a switch-on command in regard to the relay (4). The state determination unit (28b) compares the contact point bounce time (Tb) with a time threshold value (Tth), and determines whether the relay (4) has deteriorated.
