A relay (100), comprising: a housing (1), the housing (1) being provided with two mutually insulated static contacts (11); a bottom plate (2), the bottom plate (2) being provided with two contact portions (21) corresponding to the two static contacts (11), the two contact portions (21) being separated from one another so as to be insulated, the inside of the bottom plate (2) being formed with a cavity (201), the inside of the cavity (201) being provided with a fuse (3), the fuse (3) being respectively connected to the two contact portions (21) so that the two contact portions (21) are electrically connected, the bottom plate (2) being arranged within the housing (1) and being capable of switching between a connected position and a disconnected position, the two contact portions (21) respectively abutting the two static contacts (11) when the bottom plate (2) is in the connected position so that the two static contacts (11) are connected, the two contact portions (21) being separated from the two static contacts (11) when the bottom plate (2) is in the disconnected position so that the two static contacts (11) are disconnected from one another; a driving device (4). The fuse (3) implements overload protection and short circuit protection, thereby improving the safety of a circuit system provided with the relay (100), and preventing fires etc. caused by overcurrents or short circuits.
