Abstract:
A releasable surface covering system, for example for a floor, is disclosed. The system comprises pre-glued vinyl-coated paper (2, 12) attached to a floor surface (10) or an upper surface of an underlay (6), with an underlay or a top floor covering (8) being permanently bonded to an opposing side of the paper (2).
