Abstract:
The invention specifies a release bearing (1) which has at least one contact seal (9.2) which protects the annular space (8) between the bearing rings (2, 3) against environmental influences. To improve its sealing action, said seal (9.2) has positioned in front of it a gap seal (9.3) for separating out coarse particles. Said gap seal (9.3) is formed between an annular disk (16), which extends radially from a thrust washer (14) which bears against the bearing outer ring (3), and a component (10, 20) which is connected to the bearing inner ring (2).
