Abstract:
Provided is a release film especially having excellent see-through properties after a heat treatment and having the effect of generating little foreign matter.
The release film comprises a base constituted of a biaxially stretched polyester film and, superposed thereon in the following order, a first undercoat layer, a second undercoat layer, and a release layer comprising a curable silicone resin, the release layer having an intrinsic surface resistivity less than 1×1012 Ω.
