Abstract:
Provided are a release liner, an adhesive film in which the same is used, and a method for producing a release liner. The method includes: a step for randomly scattering and arranging a plurality of spherical fine particles 6 on one surface of a base film 2; a step for applying pressure while heating in a state in which the surface of the base film 2 on which the fine particles 6 have been scattered is covered by a sheet-form holding material 1, thereby embedding part of the hemisphere of the fine particles 6 in the base film 2 and bringing the fine particles 6 and the holding material 1 into close contact; and a step for removing the holding material 1 together with the fine particles 6 from the base film 2a, thereby forming recesses that have a curved shape corresponding to that of the fine particles 6 in the surface of the base film 2a.
