Abstract:
Provided is a release pin member (11) used in an electrostatic atomization device (10) which releases mist (17) outside thereof, the release pin member (11) comprising: a porous or fiber-molded core section (11c); and a conductive graphite compound material (11d) formed so as to cover the core section, wherein, at a bottom surface section (11b) of the release pin member (11), a central section of the conductive graphite compound material (11d) is removed so that a bottom surface peripheral edge section (11e) thereof remains. According to this configuration, the bottom surface section of the release pin member (11) can have water absorbency, and also a large quantity of mist can be released without applying a high voltage.
