Abstract:
A release process paper with which it is possible to use a two-pack type adhesive in a step for synthetic-leather production and to repeatedly produce a synthetic leather comprising a resin composition having a high melting point, such as vinyl chloride leather, and which has excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, and formability. The release process paper comprises a paper base, an ionizing-radiation-cured resin layer, and a heat-cured silicone layer which have been superposed in this order, and has a formed surface with a surface glossiness through 60º reflection of 60 or more.
