Abstract:
A reliability rapid detection device for a vertical machining center. The vertical machining center (1) comprises a vertical machining center spindle (2), a vertical machining center table (3), and a vertical machining center numerical control system (4), wherein the device comprise: an accuracy detection module (5) configured to detect the motion accuracy and the spindle rotation accuracy of the vertical machining center (1); a dynamic/static high/low frequency loading module (6) configured to apply different frequencies, directions and magnitudes of forces and moments to the vertical machining center (1) to simulate cutting conditions of the machining center; and a data acquisition and analysis module (7) configured to collect multiple pieces of machining center state information of the vertical machining center numerical control system (4) and of the vertical machining center (1) and to obtain the health state of the vertical machining center (1) according to the multiple pieces of machining center state information. The device can quickly detect the reliability of the machining center, has simple structure and multiple functions, and is portable and easy to install.
