Abstract:
A reliability test apparatus for a roller for a lithium battery process. Transition rollers (300), a material roll winding and unwinding mechanism, a tension loading mechanism (500), a rolling loading mechanism (600) and a visual test mechanism (700) are mounted on a loading platform (200), so as to realize the test loading of a tension roller to be tested and/or compression rollers to be tested; the tension on the tension roller is adjusted by means of the tension loading mechanism (500), and the distance between paired compression rollers is adjusted by means of the rolling loading mechanism (600), such that the loads of the rollers under various working conditions can be simulated; and images of the surfaces of the rollers are collected in real time by means of the visual test mechanism (700) and are then analyzed to obtain the wear situation of the surfaces and outer diameters of the rollers under various working conditions, thereby further analyzing the reliability of the rollers. Further provided is a reliability test method for a roller for a lithium battery process. Compared with the prior art, the quality of the surface of a roller under various working conditions can be obtained by means of the apparatus and method, thereby analyzing the reliability of the roller.
