Abstract:
Provided is a relief valve having a simple device structure and configured such that the valve body thereof automatically opens and closes properly by way of gas pressure. Also provided is a device equipped with the same. The valve body 4 opens smoothly when a first pressure receiving face 4f thereof is subject to pressure from gas from a valve opening 2j while the valve is closed, and since the pressure receiving surface area expands to a second pressure receiving face 4g while in the opened position and the first pressure receiving face 4f and the second pressure receiving face 4g are surrounded by a peripheral wall 4c formed on the back face of the valve body 4, the pressure receiving faces will still be under pressure even as the gas pressure decreases, thereby enabling the opened state of the valve body 4 to be stably maintained to the set pressure.
