Abstract:
A valve seat (3) which is a member separate from a body (2) is detachably fitted to an opening of a fluid inflow passage (2a). An O-ring presser (9) holding an O-ring (8) between itself and the valve seat (3) is fixed to the body (2). The lower end of a valve element (4) is in contact with the upper end face of the valve seat (3) and a portion of the O-ring (8). A groove (22) is provided for connecting the fluid inflow passage (2a) with a space (S) enclosed by the body (2), the valve seat (3), and the O-ring (8). Back pressure is applied to the O-ring (8) by inflow of a fluid into the space (S) through the groove (22).
