Abstract:
This reluctance motor is used for a compressor. The reluctance motor is provided with: a rotor that has a rotor core having an annular outer circumference formed about the axis, that has a plurality of magnetic poles arranged along the outer circumference, and that does not have a permanent magnet; a stator core that radially surrounds the rotor from the outer side with the axis being at the center; and a stator having a winding wound on the stator core in a wave-winding manner. Each of the magnetic poles has a first slit that is formed in the rotor core, and a second slit that is formed radially inward of the first slit. The stator core has a refrigerant passage through which a refrigerant is distributed in the direction of the axis.
