Abstract:
A remaining mixture monitoring device for a paving machine comprises: a thermal imaging means for capturing a thermal image that includes the asphalt concrete in a hopper of a paving machine; a thermal image processing means for performing thermal image processing in which a high temperature region and low temperature region, which has a lower temperature than the high temperature region, are extracted on the basis of the temperature of each pixel contained in the thermal image; a display image generating means for generating, on the basis of the results of the thermal image processing, a display image that contains at least a boundary line between the high temperature region and the low temperature region; and a display means for displaying the display image.
