Abstract:
This remaining quantity visualization device 1, which visualizes a remaining quantity in an opaque container 3, comprises: a weight detection unit 12 for detecting the weight of the laden opaque container 3; an upper-surface position calculation unit 113 for calculating, from the detected weight, the upper-surface position of the contents of the opaque container 3 for the remaining amount of contents accommodated in the opaque container 3; and a projection unit 20 for projecting an image P1 that corresponds to the calculated upper-surface position L of the contents onto the outer surface of a side wall of the opaque container 3.
