Abstract:
A remittance processing server including the technique for transferring a value (electronic money) stored in a mobile telephone to another mobile telephone. It is possible to provide a remittance processing server capable of easily performing remittance by the electronic money via a network. A value stored in a mobile telephone (5a) is transferred to a mobile telephone (5b), thereby performing remittance. Firstly, a user A as a remittance source requests from a mobile telephone (5a) to an electronic money processing server (4) to perform remittance by notifying the electronic mail address of the mobile telephone (5b) as the remittance destination and the remittance sum. In response to this, the electronic money processing server (4) transmits to the mobile telephone (5b), a request reception mail notifying that a remittance has been requested from the user A. The user B as the remittance destination checks the request notification mail and performs approval of receiving the remittance to the electronic money processing server (4). In response to this, the electronic money processing server (4) performs subtraction of a value for the mobile telephone (5a) and write of the value to the mobile telephone (5b).
