Abstract:
[Problem] To obtain a remote assistance system capable of determining the necessity of a warning after measuring vibration velocity and of notifying a customer, etc. of the warning with an appropriate timing. [Solution] A vibration sensor unit (42) measures vibration velocity and transmits information about the measured value every ten minutes. A cloud server (54) receives and stores the measured value information transmitted from the vibration sensor unit (42) and only uses measured values within a range between a valid upper limit velocity value and a valid lower limit velocity value as valid velocity values. When the most recent mean movement value, which is calculated using the most recent valid velocity value and the stored valid velocity value, exceeds a velocity threshold previously set as the upper limit for vibration velocity that does not require inspection, the cloud server (54) transmits a warning email to that effect to a previously established email address.
