Abstract:
A remote conference system 100 is provided with: conference servers 20 that build conference rooms for a remote conference between terminals 30; and a server management device 10 that is connected with each of the conference servers 20 via a network 40. The server management device 10 is provided with: an information storage unit 11 that stores at least an identifier, a time for holding a remote conference, and a conference server address for each conference room; a conference room management unit 12 that causes conference rooms to be built on the conference servers on the basis of the stored information for each conference room; and a connection management unit 13 that, when a terminal 30 specifies a conference room and applies to participate in a remote conference, identifies the conference server on which a conference room is built and connects the terminal 30 to the conference server.
