Abstract:
[Problem] To grant a user a degree of freedom in timing for calling an elevator, while obtaining an effect which is equal to or greater than conventional technology. [Solution] Provided is a remote control system comprising: a determination means which determines whether a riding car is stopped or is ascending or descending; a specification means which specifies at which floor the riding car is currently located; a reception means which receives a call request for the riding car; a movement means which moves the riding car to a call floor according to the call request received by the reception means; a detection means which detects a change in an object in a detection area, triggering an automatic door to unlock; the object which is positioned in the detection area; a reception means which receives an unlock command signal for the automatic door transmitted from a remote location; and a control means which changes the object if the unlock command signal is received by the reception means.
