Abstract:
The present invention relates to a remote control for remotely controlling a device being remotely controlled. The remote control comprises a case, a remote control signal generator, and a card reader. The card reader and the remote control signal generator are both disposed within the case. The remote control signal generator is used for transmitting a remote control signal to the device being remotely controlled. The card reader comprises a data input port, and the data input port is connected to a storage card and reads the video and image data in the storage card. The card reader further comprises a data processing unit and at least one data output port. The data processing unit is electrically connected to the data input port and the at least one data output port. The data processing unit is used to convert the video and image data in the storage card into a signal format suitable for the output of the at least one data output port. The remote control provided by the present invention has a data output function.
