Disclosed is a vehicle remote control steering system comprising: a steering power cylinder (11), a power cylinder piston (12) being provided in the steering power cylinder (11) to separate an inner cavity of the steering power cylinder (11) into a left chamber (14) and a right chamber (15); a rotary valve (2), the rotary valve having an oil intake port, an oil recovery port, a left oil port and a right oil port, the left oil port of the rotary valve (2) being connected to the left chamber (14) via a first control valve (31), and the right oil port of the rotary valve (2) being connected to the right chamber (15) via a second control valve (32); a third control valve (33) having an inlet and an outlet, the outlet being connected to the oil intake port; and an oil pump (4), an oil outlet of the oil pump (4) being connected with the inlet, the first control valve (31) and the second control valve (32), respectively. Further disclosed is a vehicle comprising the remote control steering system. The remote control steering system has a simple structure, is convenient to control and has low costs.
