Abstract:
Provided is a remote control system comprising a matching server that matches a construction machine and a remote control device, wherein: candidate tasks are searched for and presented with respect to a first remote control device that is operated by a first operator who has been authenticated for login; when a notification is received of an assistance request from the first remote control device for a selected task selected from among the candidate tasks, a second operator who is capable of assisting with the selected task is searched for from among operators who are logged in, and notification of the assistance request and the task relating to the assistance request is provided to a second remote control device operated by the second operator; when a notification of acceptance of the assistance request is received from the second remote control device, the first remote control device and the second remote control device are both communicatively connected to a construction machine which is to be operated and used in the selected task.
