Abstract:
This remote controller is provided with: a display unit for displaying the drive status of an air conditioner; an operation unit for switching between a normal mode in which the normal display is displayed on the display unit and a simple mode in which a simple display, which is simpler than the normal display, is displayed on the display unit, the number of air-conditioner drive modes being less in simple mode than the number of drive modes that are selected in the normal mode; and a control unit for controlling the display action of the display unit. The control unit includes: a storage means for storing a table in which the air-conditioner drive modes selected in the normal mode and the drive modes selected in the simple mode are correlated; and a change means for changing the air-conditioner drive mode on the basis of the table stored by the storage means when the air conditioner is switched from the normal mode to the simple mode by the operation unit.
