Abstract:
A remote management system (1) is provided with air conditioners (20A, 20 B), an information mediation device (24), an information management apparatus (30), and at least two participant terminals (26, 31-34). The information management apparatus (30) acquires air conditioner information via the information mediation device (24) and a network (50). The information mediation device (24) transmits the air conditioner information to the information management apparatus (30) at a certain transmission frequency. The information mediation device (24) is further able to change items included in the air conditioner information to be sent and/or the transmission frequency relating to transmission according to a participant request input by each participant terminal (26, 31-34).
