Abstract:
Each of a plurality of remote monitoring units (4) comprises: a presence status setting unit (53) that sets, as a presence status, whether the operator of the remote monitoring unit (4) is present at or absent from the remote monitoring unit (4) that the operator is in charge of; and a transmission unit (41b) that transmits information on the presence status set by the presence status setting unit (53) to a server (3). The server (3) comprises: a selection unit (32) that identifies, when an error has occurred in a production line (2), a remote monitoring unit (4) having the presence status set by the operator at the time as being absent and that selects one remote monitoring unit (4) from among the remaining remote monitoring units (4) excluding the identified remote monitoring unit (4); and a transfer unit (33) that transfers error information to the one remote monitoring unit (4) selected by the selection unit (32).
