Abstract:
Upon reception of a fault signal from an elevator control device 200, an information processing device 360 extracts a plurality of types of restoration commands, including a program update command, that correspond to a fault code contained in the fault signal. The information processing device 360 further refers to the restoration rate of each of the extracted restoration commands, and when the restoration rate corresponding to the program update command is higher than those corresponding to the other restoration commands, the information processing device 360 transmits the program update command to the elevator control device 200.
