Abstract:
This remote support device is provided with a control unit which, if there is no availability of an operator to provide remote support at a support location at which remote support is provided with respect to automatically driven vehicles, or if it is predicted that there will be no operator availability, controls the drive of the automatically driven vehicles so as to prevent a situation in which there is no operator availability at the support location.
