Abstract:
The present invention relates to a removable handle for a cooking container, which comprises an upper cover (210), a lower cover (220), a slide plate (230) provided between the upper and lower covers, a cam axis (240) for moving the slide plate (230) in forward and backward directions, and a lever (250) for rotating the cam axis (240), wherein if a user turns the lever of the removable handle in a clockwise direction in order to hold the cooking container with the removable handle: the cam axis connected to a lever body is rotated and a cam guide part is smoothly rotated in a clockwise direction along a cam guide part-guiding unit of an upper body; a cam protrusion is also rotated in a clockwise direction in a lower groove of the lower cover; the slide plate is moved backwards since a force is applied to a slide plate operation hole as the cam protrusion is rotated; and a slide plate guide bar (224) formed on the lower cover guides the forward and backward movements of the slide plate (230) by mutually moving with a slide plate movement groove (234) formed on a slide plate body (231), so that the handle can be attached to a random cooking container body detachably in a simple manner.
