The present invention relates to a removable handle for a cooking container which is removably coupled to the cooking container. The present invention includes: a body unit (10); a sliding part (20) which is configured to have a sliding plate (21) installed in the lengthwise direction at the lower member (11) of the body unit (10), a first elastic spring (23) that supports the back end part of the sliding plate (21), and an operation protrusion (24) installed on the sliding plate (21); a crank operation part (30) which has a body (31) rotatably installed in the upper member (12) of the body unit (10), a cam-shaped part in which the upper end part of the operation protrusion (24) is hooked, and a lever (33) installed outside the body (31), and which allows the sliding plate (21) to be moved forward and backward by compressing or recovering the first elastic spring (23) by means of the crank operation of the cam-shaped part; and a pin member (40) which has the lower end part supported by a second elastic spring (45) and the upper end part inserted into a through-hole (12'') formed in the upper member (12) so as to penetrate the sliding plate (21) in order to control the movement of the sliding plate (21) according to the compression and recovery of the second elastic spring (45).
