Abstract:
On the lower base material-contacting surface of an upper base material, a UV-curable shrink layer and a release agent layer are formed sequentially. The surface of the upper base material that is opposite to the lower base material-contacting surface is the printed surface or writing surface. An adhesive layer is formed on the upper base material-adhering surface of the lower base material.
