[Problem] To enable the provision of a wide range of settlement and exchange services on the basis of remunerations as financial resources regardless of whether or not service recipients have a bank account for the services. [Solution] A remuneration payment coordination system 100 is configured with the inclusion of an arithmetic device 104 for executing: processing whereby an information processing device managing monetary payment statuses of a relevant organization is identified on the basis of a settlement request transmitted from a store terminal 200 or on the basis of information about the organization to which a person indicated by a disbursement request transmitted from an ATM 300 belongs, and a credit request is transmitted to the information processing device; and processing whereby, when a response result to the credit request indicates that the settlement or the disbursement is permitted, a notification of request is sent to a predetermined exchange processing system 700 to transfer a fund from a bank account of the organization to a settlement account of the store or the ATM in response to the settlement request or the disbursement request.
