Title:
RENAL TARGETING-TYPE DRUG DELIVERY CARRIER HAVING EXCELLENT BIODEGRABILITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/002481
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a drug delivery carrier which can be accumulated selectively in the kidney in vivo and which can show high biodegrability and drug-release capability in the kidney. The present invention relates to: a compound having such a structure that a carbonyl group in a serine residue is linked to a terminal amino group in a linear polylysine molecule directly or through a linker; a drug delivery carrier comprising the compound; and a medicine for diagnosing, preventing or treating a renal disease, which comprises the drug delivery carrier and a drug that is bonded to the drug delivery carrier directly or through a linker or is encapsulated in the drug delivery carrier.
