Abstract:

Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a rendering method and an electronic device. The method comprises: first acquiring channel feedback information of an encoded transmission channel, wherein the encoded transmission channel is used for transmitting an encoded code stream corresponding to a rendered image; then determining, from among a plurality of groups of preset rendering input information, rendering input information corresponding to the channel feedback information, wherein the complexity of the plurality of groups of preset rendering input information is different; and then performing rendering on the basis of the rendering input information corresponding to the channel feedback information, so as to obtain the rendered image, wherein the content complexity of the obtained rendered image is associated with the complexity of the rendering input information corresponding to the channel feedback information. In this way, the size of an encoded code stream corresponding to a rendered image can be adjusted on the basis of a channel state, such that the size of the encoded code stream corresponding to the rendered image adapts to the channel state, thereby ensuring the subjective picture quality of a video and the video fluency.
