[Problem] To provide: a renewable energy generator device that can transmit a large torque and that has an affixing structure that is for a hydraulic pump and can be machined easily and at a low cost; and a method for attaching the hydraulic pump. [Solution] A plurality of key grooves (25) are provided to the end at the back end side of a main shaft (4). A plurality of fitted keys (30A, 30B) are fitted to each key groove (25). The plurality of keys (30A, 30B) are configured from: a baseline key (30A) that is fitted into one of the plurality of key grooves (25); and a split key (30B) that is fit into the remaining key grooves (25). The split key (30B) is configured from: a first key piece (34) that has a convex shape and is fitted in a first groove (20) formed at the main shaft (4); and a second key piece (36) having a concave shape and fitted to a second groove (21) formed at a cylindrical member (10). The pair of key pieces (34, 36) is provided in a manner so that the convex section of the first key piece (34) engages the concave section of the second key piece (36). The side surfaces (34A, 34B, 36A, 36B) along the radial direction of the main shaft (4) of the convex section of the first key piece (34) and the concave section of the second key piece (36), in other words the contact surfaces at which the first key piece (34) and the second key piece (36) are in contact, are inclined with respect to the axial direction of the main shaft (4).
