Abstract:
A renewable energy power generation device (1) comprises: a hydraulic pump (6) driven by the rotation of the rotating shaft; a hydraulic motor (8) driven by a hydraulic oil, the pressure of which is raised by the hydraulic pump (6); a power generator (9) coupled to the hydraulic motor (8); a closed cycle circulation path (10) for circulating the hydraulic oil; accumulators (18, 19) having oil storage chambers (18b, 19a) communicating with the circulation path (10), gas chambers (18a, 19b), and partition walls (18c, 19c); an oil tank (15); gas pressure acquiring units (22, 23) for acquiring gas pressure; a hydraulic oil amount measuring unit (21) for measuring the hydraulic oil amount in the oil tank (15); a threshold value determination unit (31) for determining a threshold value on the basis of the amount of volume change of the gas chamber, which is obtained from the gas pressure; a comparison unit (32) for comparing the threshold value with the measured value of the hydraulic oil amount; and a determination unit (33) for , based on the comparison result, determining the leakage of the hydraulic oil.
