Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a renewable energy type electric power generation device capable of maintaining the temperature of oil in a hydraulic transmission at an appropriate temperature. A renewable energy type electric power generation device for generating electric power from renewable energy comprises a rotating shaft which is driven by the renewable energy, a hydraulic pump which is driven by the rotating shaft, a hydraulic motor which is driven by hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump, a generator which is connected to the motor, an oil line which is connected to both the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor and which circulates the hydraulic oil between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor, an oil cooler which is connected to the oil line and which cools the hydraulic oil by subjecting the hydraulic oil to heat exchange with a cooling medium, a cooling medium line which supplies the cooling medium to the oil cooler, a bypass line which is branched from the oil line and/or cooling medium line, is joined to the oil line and/or cooling medium line, and bypasses the oil cooler, and a flow rate adjustment valve which is provided to the oil line and/or cooling medium line located between the branch point and joining point of the bypass line and which adjusts the flow rate of the hydraulic oil and/or cooling medium which flows into the oil cooler.
