Abstract:
A repair structure for the welding defect of high-alloy pipes, comprising two high-alloy pipes (1) to be welded which are placed end to end, a first temporary blocking member (5) and a second temporary blocking member (6) are respectively provided inside the butt ends of said two high-alloy pipes, an argon protection area (9) is formed between the first temporary blocking member, the second temporary blocking member and said two hgih-alloy pipes, argon is introduced into the argon protection area, and a high-frequency argon arc welding gun (4) is provided above a butt gap (2) of said two high-alloy pipes, the bottom of the butt gap is fixedly connected by means of a weld seam, and a tungsten electrode of the high-frequency argon arc welding gun passes through the top of the butt gap and makes contact with the welding defect on the root of the weld seam (4). The structure solves the problem of labor expenses when repairing the welding defect on the root of a weld seam of high-alloy pipes.
