Abstract:
Disclosed are a repairing titanium mesh for use in alveolar bone grafting and a manufacturing method for the mesh. The repairing titanium mesh comprises a rectangular porous part. The porous part is provided with a conical hole running through the upper and lower surfaces, a first through hole running through the front and rear surfaces, and a second through hole running through the left and right surfaces in communication with each other. At least two semi-cylindrical protrusions are provided on the right surface of the porous part. The height of the protrusions is equal to the height of the porous part, the sum of the diameter is less than the width of the porous part, the upper surfaces of the protrusions are located on a same plane with the upper plane of the porous part, and the protrusions are provided with a third through hole running through the upper surface and the lower surface. The present invention employs a three-dimensional channel design, and the holes are in communication with each other, thus ensuring the smoothness of blood supply. The present invention employs a 3D printing manufacturing process for processing, is convenient, quick, and inexpensive, combines the specific circumstances of a patient to employ a personalized design, is highly patient-friendly, and allows an easily operable surgical installation.
